Return Policy

We hope you are happy with your purchase, but if you wish to return a product, you must do so within 14 days of receiving your order. To do so, email us at customerservices@buildview.com.hk with your invoice number, state clearly either it is returned or exchanged. We will request a collection and then FedEx will contact you directly to schedule a feasible collection time. Refunds and exchanges will be processed upon receipt of your returned items, provided that the items are received in a re-saleable condition in their original undamaged packaging with attached original product tag. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Credit card purchases purchase will be refunded against the credit card or account used on the original purchase. Please allow up to 10 days from the date that we have received your return shipment for credit.

Please note that import duties and taxes cannot be refunded.
